The Director General of the Indian Council of Medical Research. Prof. Dr. Balram Bhargava is a no nonsense, result oriented man and is incredibly tough to please. When the Coronavirus strikes China, he secretly assembles a team of the most capable virologists in the nation and sets out on a mission to make world's fastest indigenous vaccine, which everyone felt would fail miserably. A science editor, Rohini Singh Dhulia is hired to sabotage India's vaccine project by the powerful lobbies who don't want India to succeed for vested interests.
